Hearing Assessment
Diagnostic testing includes a thorough assessment of your outer, middle and inner ear function as well as measures of how well you understand speech. It is essential to have a full diagnostic test to determine the location and underlying cause of hearing loss. This will determine the rehabilitation pathway. Options may include; referral to a specialist for potential treatment, a wait and see approach using good communication strategies or recommendation to trial hearing

Tinnitus Assessment
Assessment of the underlying cause of tinnitus includes a full diagnostic hearing assessment. There is a strong association with hearing loss and tinnitus but this is not always the case. We will provide you with the latest evidence-based techniques for management and treatment of tinnitus.

Hearing Aid Review
Includes a clean and service of your hearing aids, hearing check and optimisation of hearing aids. Optimisation will always include real-ear measures to ascertain the actual sound level output of the hearing aids in-situ. Ret-tuning to help with hearing in background noise. We make sure you are getting the most out of your hearing aid features including Bluetooth connection or addition of special programs if required.
